By accessing or purchasing from The Solo Founder Store (thesolofounder.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or make a purchase.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.

All products sold on this Site are digital products — downloadable files, templates, systems, and software tools delivered electronically. There are no physical goods.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased products through your customer account. Download links are generated upon order confirmation and remain accessible through your account dashboard.

When you purchase a product from The Solo Founder Store, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the product for your own business purposes unless otherwise stated on the product page.

You MAY:

• Use the product in your own business or client work
• Modify templates and systems for your own use
• Use AI prompts and scripts in your own workflows

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product files with others
• Claim authorship or remove branding (unless purchasing a reseller license)
• Upload, publish, or host the product files publicly
• Use the product to create a competing product or course

Exception: The Agency Reseller License grants specific white-label and resale rights as described on that product page.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

For subscription products (Pipeline Autopilot), billing occurs on a recurring monthly or annual basis beginning on the date of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us at support@thesolofounder.store and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

For subscription products, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial subscription periods already billed.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard under “Subscriptions.” Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

All content, systems, frameworks, copy, and product files sold or displayed on this Site are the intellectual property of The Solo Founder and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our systems, scripts, or tools. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and implementation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Solo Founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
